de222 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and de222 ("de222", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the de222 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing any wager, you represent that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and use the de222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. de222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• aYou must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum. de222 will close any account where the holder is found to be under 21, regardless of the circumstances, and will retain all deposited funds in such cases in accordance with our anti-underage-gambling obligations.
• bYou must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, automated systems, bots or agents is strictly prohibited. Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one account. If duplicate accounts are found, de222 reserves the right to merge balances and close the secondary account without notice.
• cYou must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a valid residential address. de222 may at any time request additional KYC documentation including a government-issued photo ID or proof of address.
• dYou must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or immediate family member of an employee of de222 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners. Such individuals may not hold a de222 player account or place any wager on the Platform.
• eYou must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the de222 Platform, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion mechanism that would prohibit your participation. Players who have previously self-excluded must contact support before attempting to re-register.

To access the full de222 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single account using your own personal information. Registration is free of charge. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly update any details that change after registration, including your mobile number or contact address.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person, store them in an unsecured location, or allow any third party to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify de222 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. de222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your de222 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled. de222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if a violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering suspicion or regulatory obligation, account funds may be held pending investigation. de222 will notify you of any account closure via the mobile number registered to your account wherever legally permissible.

All transactions on the de222 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). de222 does not support or facilitate transactions in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. de222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfer options. Supported methods and their limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your de222 account balance in real time following confirmation by the relevant payment provider. de222 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits made in someone else's name, or transfers from accounts that have not been verified. You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally and that were acquired through legitimate means. Deposits made with funds that are later found to be proceeds of fraud or illegal activity may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to five business days following completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and bonus rollover conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. de222 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical deposit pattern. Any bonus funds still subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover is completed.

de222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and special event promotions tied to tournaments such as the BPL, IPL or T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• aAll bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page or in the bonus confirmation notification. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on de222 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• bBonuses are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds are used for wagering before real-money funds, unless specified otherwise. Any balance remaining in the bonus wallet after expiry is forfeited automatically.
• cde222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where fraud or abuse is suspected, including systematic bonus exploitation, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• dPlayers may only participate in each promotion once, unless the promotion is explicitly structured as a recurring offer (e.g. a weekly reload bonus). Participating in a promotion through multiple accounts, through third parties, or through accounts registered with false information will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the de222 Platform. de222 may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account engaged in the following behaviours, and may refer matters to relevant authorities where applicable:

• aFraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, identity fraud or any attempt to obtain funds from de222 through deception. Any funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.
• bCollusion between players, including sharing game information in live casino or poker formats, coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes, or any form of cheating that creates an artificial advantage over the house or other players.
• cUse of software, bots, automated betting tools, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any other technology that is designed to give an unfair advantage, artificially generate bets, exploit system vulnerabilities or circumvent the Platform's game logic.
• dMoney laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitim ise funds of illegal origin. de222 is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• eRegistering multiple accounts (whether under your own name or using false identities), registering on behalf of another person without their consent, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

de222 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, freeze balances and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected. de222 may at its discretion offer a right of appeal via the support team before any permanent action is taken, but is not obligated to do so where the evidence of prohibited conduct is clear.

de222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that registered players can access directly from their account settings, including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (from 24 hours to 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of de222. Unauthorised use of de222 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, de222, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure or the cost of substitute services, even if de222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. de222's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

de222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party network failures and circumstances beyond de222's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures and cyberattacks) may result in temporary service disruptions. de222 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable and will communicate planned maintenance windows via the Platform where feasible.

de222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, de222 will notify registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform or via an SMS to your registered mobile number, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or is necessary to address urgent security or regulatory concerns. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a dispute with de222, you should first contact our support team via live chat and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 days) for de222 to investigate and respond. de222 aims to resolve all player complaints fairly, promptly and transparently.
